Basic Bob, is a very basic bootcamp session designed for phase 2 of stage 3 covid 19 lockdowns.
This is a very short workout mainly designed to keep the larger muscle groups active comprising of very basic movement's that will increase with time and intensity as we go.
Expect to see pushups, gorillas, dips and maybe the odd burpee (just a few of John's favourites😆), great place to start and also a great place to maintain your basic bootcamp fitness.
