Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga where postures are held for longer periods of time (for example 45 seconds – 5 minutes). Yin yoga can improve flexibility and joint mobility and releases fascia. Yin yoga can calm and balance the body and mind and improve the flow of prana (energy/life-force).
