The regular practice of Hatha Yoga enhances strength, Flexibility and balance involving a set of physical postures (asanas) and breathing techniques that are typically practiced more slowly with more static posture, including mantras, mudras and guided meditation. This class will challenge overall strength whilst creating harmony within.
